Originally from the Washington, D.C. metro area, Erick Leiva spent over a decade building his business along the Florida Gulf Coast before expanding into North Alabama, where he now resides with his wife Bethany and their daughter, Frida. Today, Erick proudly serves clients throughout Pensacola, the Alabama Gulf Coast, and North Alabama, including Lewis Smith Lake, Cullman, Decatur, Athens, Madison, and Huntsville.

Erick holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Florida International University and brings a strong background in sales, customer service, and marketing, with professional experience spanning the insurance and tech sectors. His natural ability to connect with clients—combined with deep market knowledge and sharp negotiating skills—makes him a trusted guide for buyers, sellers, and investors alike.

After moving to the Florida Panhandle in 2017, Kyle Williams began his real estate career in 2019 and quickly built a reputation as a dedicated advisor with a strong focus on client success.
